Note that there is a create link on the loan interest change list page.By clicking that, you are directed to loan interest change create page. Here is the UI to enter new loan interest change details.

By clicking the "Save" button, a new loan interest change is created.

Loan Interest Change Create Approval

User story reference: U1603

When clicked on a particular task, you are directed to approve create loan interest change page.

If "Approve" button is clicked, the loan interest change created is saved.

If "Reject" button is clicked, the loan interest change created is not saved.
