The 'Folio Charges' link from the Masters view screen takes one to the list of users corresponding to that bank.

Note that there is a create link on the folio charges list page.By clicking that, you are directed to folio charges create page. Here is the UI to enter new folio charges details.

By clicking the "Save" button, a new folio charge is created.

Folio Charges Edit

Note that there is a edit link on the folio charges list page.By clicking that, you are directed to folio charges edit page. Here is the UI to enter modified folio charges details.

By clicking the "Save" button, a modified folio charge is updated.
