While create, give "Sector Code" as "S". It should be accepted (as long as the same name is already not there).

While create, give "Sector Name" as "SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIES". It should be accepted.

On click of "SAVE" button on create page, record should be saved and redirected to the list page with successful information message.
