Important Test Cases

Successfully view existing document type list and detail, having appropriate view permissions.

Positive test

While creating give "Document Name" as "ELECTRICITY BILL"(as long as the same name is already not there).

While creating select "DOB" as "Y" or "N". It should be accepted.

While creating select "Document Date" as "Y" or "N". It should be accepted.

While creating select "Document Expiry Date" as "Y" or "N". It should be accepted.

Save "Document Create" after filling all given fields. It should be accepted(Document Type Create is created succefully).

Positive test

While modifying give "Document Description" as "PASSPORT"(as long as the same name is already not there).

While modifying change/update "DOB" data from "N" to "Y". It should be accepted.

While modifying do not change the data for "Document Date". It should be accepted.

While modifying change/update "Document Expiry Date" data from "N" to "Y". It should be accepted.

Save "Document Type Modify" after updating the particular fields. It should be accepted(Document Type Modify is updated succefully).

Checking special character

While creating give "Document Description" as "#AADHAR CARD#". It should not be accepted.

Checking special character

While modifying give "Document Description" as "$PASSPORT". It should not be accepted.

Save "Document Type Create" without filling "Document Description". It should not be accepted.

Save "Document Type Create" without selecting "DOB". It should not be accepted.

Save "Document Type Create" without selecting "Document Date". It should not be accepted.

Save "Document Type Create" without selecting "Document Expiry Date". It should not be accepted.
