While create, give "Priority" as Sector Code "C". It should be accepted (as long as the same name doesn't exist).

While create, give "Priority Sector Name" as "COTTAGE INDUSTRIES". It should be accepted.

On click of "SAVE" button on create page, record should be saved and redirected to the list page with successful information message.
