Folio Bank List

User story reference: U4503

The 'Folio Bank' link from the Masters view screen takes one to the folios(members)search page.

Any member can be searched by member name or membership number by selecting specific class.

If correct membership number or member name is entered while search, only that specific member will be displayed.

If partial name is entered while search, all member names related to the serach condition will be displayed.

Note : If the serach result is one record or multiple records, the data has to be displayed in grid(tabular) form.

By clicking on the member, you can view folio bank list of a specific member.

Folio Bank Edit

Note that there is an edit link corresponding to the folio memeber details in the list page. By clicking that, you are able to edit the folio bank details.

Here is the UI to edit the folio bank details.

Folio Bank Create

Note that there is a create link on the folio bank list.By clicking that, you are taken to folio bank create page. Here is the UI to enter new folio bank details.

*Note - When a member number is selected, the member name is populated automatically.*

By clicking the "Save" button, a new folio bank record is created. The new folio bank created goes through approval process.

Folio Bank Change Approval

User story reference: U4504

The approval task list will be visibe only to the user with responsibility to authorise a folio bank change. By clicking that you are taken to the list of tasks pending for approval.

When clicked on a particular task, you will be directed to approve folio bank page.

You review the folio bank change details and click on "Approve" or " Reject" button as required.

If "Approve" button is clicked, the folio bank change will be saved with an information message and you are redicrected to approval task list page.

If "Reject" button is clicked, the folio bank change will not be saved with an information message and you are redirected to approval task list page.

Folio Bank Create Approval

When clicked on a particular task, you are directed to approve create folio bank page.

If "Approve" button is clicked, the folio bank created is saved. You are redicrected to approval task list page with a information message.

If "Reject" button is clicked, the folio bank created is not saved. You are redicrected to approval task list page with a information message.
