NOTE :
	Please pay the membership fees positively by 30thJune, 2011(to eligible for privileges as per the articles of association).
	Cheque/demand drafts to be drawn in favour of THE PLASTICS EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL payable at Mumbai. Outstation members must pay by Demand Draft only.
	Export turnover mentioned above is the average Exports turnover of Plastic products for the preceding three financial years.
	Those members paying subscription for export turnover of less than Rs10 lakhs must send a Chartered Accountant’s Certificate certifying the Export turnover of Plastics (as defined above).
	Members who have not paid balance Membership Subscription for the year 2010-2011, hence you are requested to kindly send us the same and also service tax @ 10.3%.
	Member’s whose RCMC expires on 31st March, 2011 are requested to comply with renewal procedure of Council by downloading requisite forms and instructions from www.plexconcil.org/rcmc.pdf OR members may request for the forms at:glc@plexconcil.org and submit the same alongwith required supporting documents.
	Please send your RCMC alongwith applicable membership subscription to the respective Regional Offices of the Council for necessary endorsement/revalidation.
